The Country Manager is responsible for providing end to end leadership in country with a strong focus on achieving commercial targets, and building operational excellence across the entire value chain. This role is responsible for crafting the market strategy in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, and effectively cascading this strategy to the in-country team and implementing the same. This role will drive sustainable business growth and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes.
